Driving Test Day:
If you have agreed a test date with your Dixon Driving Instructor and you are either not safe or not up to the required standard by this test date, the Instructor will advise you to postpone your test date until further lessons have improved your driving to the required standard.
If however, the learner driver does not agree and wants to continue with the Practical Test despite the advice of the Instructor, the Instructor has the right to refuse use of their car if he/she considers the learner unsafe.
The Dixon Driving Instructor is not responsible or liable for any loss of funds due to late cancellation or postponement of the Practical Test.
Own Car Use:
Use of the learners own car on lessons or the test day is based on the car being of an exceptable road worthy condition and of the learner meeting the driving standards of the Dixon Driving Instructor.
Any vouchers purchased from Dixon Driving are valid to a limit of 6 months from the purchase date. Vouchers are also non-refundable and can only be used by the named receiver.
A Dixon Driving Instructor is unable to guarantee a particular or consistent regular time/day for a lesson, please book lesson times well in advance to avoid disappointment. Lessons are booked on a first come first served basis.
Although Dixon Driving prides itself on a high 1st time pass rate, there can be no guarantee of a pupil passing a test, even within a recommended amount of learning hours.
